Great service and an excellent, professional job. We had the 6.6kw system installed and it works fantastic. The electrician installed it very professionally and we couldn't be any happier. Our first Electricity bill following installation was $30 for our house, (usually around $250) and a credit of $80 for our shed. And the panels were only installed halfway through that billing cycle. I can't wait to see what the next bill is. We recommend suzlon solar to all as happy customers.

Everything you require to know before you buy a 10.3 kW Solar System
A 10kW system with a 10.3kW inverter will typically generate enough solar to meet the electricity needs of the Australian household. Production varies depending on where you live; a 10.3kW system in Melbourne produces 40kWh per day, whereas in Brisbane produces 35kWh per day.
The average payback period for 10.3kW solar panels is estimated to be 2.5 to 5 years. This is a fairly broad range because many factors will influence how long it will take to pay off your panels and how much money you will save each month.
If you use a lot of energy, a 10.3kW with batteries might be a good option for you. A 10.3kW system with a battery storage capacity of 10kWh will cost between $16,000 and $22,000.
As a starting point, For a 10.3kW solar system with 25 panels (415w) and a panel size of approximately 1.8 metres by 1 metre, you will need at least 65 square metres of roof space. While 23 panels (440w) require 60 square metres of roof space.
Solar rebate is depends on size of your solar system and your property location. Let calculate solar rebate for 10kW solar system using following formula:
Total Solar Array Combined Wattage x 1.382 x the current STC multiplier of 10-years / 1000
The calculation would be: 9990 x 1.382 x 10 / 1000 = 138 no of STC
138 STCs are eligible for 10kW solar system. Now multiply the number of STCs by market value of each STCs. So, 138 STCs x $38 = $5244 Solar panel rebate you will have.
