Great service and an excellent, professional job. We had the 6.6kw system installed and it works fantastic. The electrician installed it very professionally and we couldn't be any happier. Our first Electricity bill following installation was $30 for our house, (usually around $250) and a credit of $80 for our shed. And the panels were only installed halfway through that billing cycle. I can't wait to see what the next bill is. We recommend suzlon solar to all as happy customers.

I recently purchased a 6.6kw solar system Longi panels with fronius inverter from Suzlon solar for my house. A 6.6kW system is a great choice for powering a battery. It will be more useful if you have an electric vehicle or planning to buy one in future. 5kW inverters commonly used for a 6.6kW system are not as expensive as 6kW inverters.
Each panel generally measures out to 1.7m2, so the roof area required for a 6.6kW system will be about 34-38m2 – or possibly more depending on how your roof is laid out and whether you require tilt frames.
A 6kW system will produce about 400 to 900 kWh of electricity a month, meaning the amount of energy produced ranges between 4,800 to 10,800 kWh per year. Because the average Australian home’s monthly electricity usage is 886 kWh, a 6kW system might be too small for the amount of power consumption for many homes.
A 6.6kW system is a great choice for powering a battery. It will be more useful if you have an electric vehicle or planning to buy one in future. 5kW inverters commonly used for a 6.6kW system are not as expensive as 6kW inverters.
According to the current feed-in tariff, we recommend that you use the majority of your solar panels’ system during the daytime as the current feed-in tariff is approximately 6c to 15c depending on the power retailer’s offer on the other side you pay almost 4 times more on each kW for electricity so the more you use the more you will save.
